Uniclub mission is to facilitate the business of selling travel through effective representation, shared knowledge and the enhancement of professionalism.
Objective: Our aim is to create more than a virtual community for traveller. It is to offer them a service that gives real, tangible worldwide assistance in reaching their goals, in arranging their trips/ journeys, in their work, or business. Uniclub was designed to make their lives, or even the life of their families, more comfortable when traveling.
Industry Affairs: We fight to ensure a level playing field and fair competition throughout our travel industry which, of course, benefits industry professionals as well as our Uniclub members.
Education: We provide our members with the finest education and information resources available, so that they are able to provide the utmost in professional service to their members. Uniclub's training program allows Uniclub member agencies, non-members and future travel professionals the opportunity to expand their business through specialization, giving agents the tools to sell unique travel experiences.
Member Affairs: We constantly monitor the travel industry to identify market opportunity and help our members continuously improving skills and knowledge whose practices diligence in this industry. Only Uniclub members will practice the code of ethic which stands for "Integrity in Travel." This is the pledge our members stake their reputations on. And we provide traveling members with a complete range of informational resources.

Consumer Awareness: Through its advertising and public relations efforts, Uniclub will strives to make the traveling public aware of the many benefits of using our travel professional membership to arrange and purchase travel. Uniclub's advertising slogan, "Without an Uniclub travel member, you're on your own" can be seen in consumer ads in national magazines, national television and in local markets.

Our management team consists of expertise and specialize in the area of travel and tourist industry. Our team member is multi-lingual with culture knowledge using comprehensive methods of customer service approach to their clients, and optimized the schemes which are tremendous benefit to our members.
Our Customer Service team will look into individual needs and provide a service solution to our members and their customers. All these services can be made as a strategic partnership of Uniclub and acts as an agent to promote or sell Uniclub membership packages to its customers. A good example of a Tour Guide can also promote and sell Uniclub Basic, Classic and Gold packages. Strategic Partnership will bring several benefits to its members, such as;
